Export Contacts — How It Works

Overview

Download a filtered classmate list as a CSV file — ready for Excel, Google Contacts, mail merge, or printing mailing labels.

How to Use

  1. Set your filters (attendance, state, email status, payment status, etc.).
  2. Pick an export format — see below.
  3. The record count updates to show how many classmates match.
  4. Click Download CSV to save the file.

Export Formats

Google Contacts CSV
Full import-ready format with groups, addresses, and phones — use this to import into Google Contacts for a mail merge.
Simple CSV
Name, email, phone, city, state — a lean sheet for quick reference or a different mail-merge tool.
Mailing Labels CSV
Name and full mailing address only — built for printing labels.

Common Uses

Mailing labels
All classmates + all states + Mailing Labels format.
Call list
Filter by "No email on file" to find who needs a phone follow-up.
Headcount
Filter by "Attending" to get a confirmed guest count.
Committee contacts
Filter by committee role if you need to reach organizers only.
Unpaid follow-up
Filter Payment Status by "Unpaid" to find registered classmates who still owe.

What's in the CSV

Columns depend on the format you pick (see above) — everywhere, filtering first narrows the record count, and the CSV only ever includes the classmates currently matching your filters.
