Classmates

Analytics — How It Works

Overview

A comprehensive view of roster health, outreach, and site engagement — who we've reached, where they live, how they're responding, and what they're doing on the site.

Attendance Funnel

Shows how many living classmates have responded to the reunion and what they said. "Confirmed" means Definitely or Probably attending.

Attendance Projection

Forward-looking headcount estimate for the October 2027 event. Three scenarios apply different conversion rates to each response group, then adjust for 18-month cohort mortality.

Cohort SMR
Standardized Mortality Ratio — this class's observed death rate divided by the national SSA average. SMR above 1.0 means higher-than-average mortality.
18-mo mortality
Probability a living classmate dies before the event, adjusted by SMR. Applied equally to all scenarios.
Base conversion rates
Definitely 95%, Probably 75%, Not sure 20%, Probably not 5%. Guests scale with each group's average guest count.
